Branch is a free agent.  He's free to sign wherever.  I doubt he'll want to come here.

Branch will go to whoever offers him the most money.  He doesn't care what the teams prospects are for winning or the quality of the QB.

^^^ As a receiver or a person? I think he's a copy of Bess.

As a receiver....I would have no reason to hate him as a person I am sure he is a good dude.

I still think some of you will be pleasantly surprised with Brian Hartline this year. He's better than ya'll think, he just hasn't had a chance to shine because he was overshadowed by Marshall.

I hope so.  I've just never been impressed by him.  It's not that he drops balls, it's just that he never seems to get open.  I do recall one game last year that he had a couple big catches, but that was the only time I recall.

I just didn't know if he had any kind of off the field problems since he's always been a pretty darn good receiver in my mind.

We'll he's no Jerry Rice, but I recall a bunch of times in 2010 where he was open and the QB couldn't get the ball to him. Every QB has their "go to" guys and Hartline wasn't one of those guys for Moore last year for whatever reason. He just never really looked Hartline's way much. Henne had no problem finding Hartline open though. At the start of 2011, Henne and Hartline hooked up 11 times in 19 attempts for 188 yards and a TD (in 3 games), but then Henne got hurt and Moore only threw 47 attempts (in 13 games) toward Hartline the rest of the year with 23 completions for 337 yards and zero TD's. Had Henne stayed the QB and you project his 3 game totals out over a 16 game schedule, Hartline would have had 58 catches for 1002 yards and 5 TD's. Now of course that's pure speculation, but still I thought Henne and Hartline were going to have a big year in 2011 and it started out strong, but then Henne got hurt and that was that.

I find it funny that Miami is hot after Jabar Gaffney but Gaffney is holding out hope to go back to NE. This after NE cut him and traded for a WR Saturday.

Just like I find it funny that Ireland is hot after released WR's. He should have been "hot" before trading away Marshall.

Not sure if on his way means for a workout/visit or to be signed

The Pats team barber

I didn't realize the team had a barber.  But if he is "leaking" even the most trivial of details you can bet comes tomorow, BB will make sure the team has a new barber.
