yeah because the defense was the problem and not Romo throwing INT's left and right! For all of the faults of Ross (and he has many) thank god Jerry Jones isn't running the Fins!  Jones is clueless!

The Jets need a DC now, wouldn't be shocked to see Rex hire his brother

I wonder if New York has the same nepotism laws Florida does?

To my knowledge ... the only nepotism laws in Florida relate to government.  Private organizations can hire and fire anyone they want.

True for all 50 states.

You would think a PROFESSOR of Business would know that.

(And why would New York employment law be relevent to a New Jersey employer?)

Not plural.  Only the business professor thinks that.

It is amazing out of touch academics is with society and in no subject moreso than what passes for "Business education."

They can hire anyone they want to. Unless the league has something to say about it, but I doubt it.

From the local radio (Cowboy focused), it looks like the Cowboys are close to bringing in Monte Kiffin.  It's the kind of high profile move that Jones likes to make, so it wouldn't surprise me.  Seems like a poor match, since Cowboy defensive personnel was overhauled under Ryan to play man to man and I assume Kiffin would want to bring in his Tampa 2 defense.
