What the heck is the logic in that.  If you cut him under the injury rules of the CBA you still have to pay him.  Cost the same as putting him on IR.

Or they could waive him with an injury settlement.  We still don't know how serious his injury is.  But the fact that he can't stay healthy speaks volumes.  Reminds me of a certain wide receiver from the late 80's and early 90's.

no reason to cut him just yet...jeez. Talk about a knee jerk reaction.

 He provides good depth at 4 spots on the oline. Let's see how serious it is before throwing him away

Dolphins OL Nate Garner had arthroscopic shoulder surgery and is expected to be out 2 to 3 weeks
