Essentially Mike Dee and this Garfinkel guy just switched jobs. Garfinkel also went to Michigan, now I know why Ross hired him!

And Garfinkel was in trouble this past year for making insensitive remarks about a pitcher on another team

IF he can play offensive line then that's great. If he can't play but doesn't try to turn the team into a TMZ highlight or a Carnival Cruise line dance troop I have no foreseeable complaints.
