The question is:  Did he miss opportunities?   E.g. can you point to multiple challenges he almost certainly would have won that could have altered the game?

If yes, than he isn't doing a good job, by not challenging.  If no, than he is.

I honestly can't think of one.

The average team challenged less than 5 times in 2012. He's over that with a stellar record. I really don't think his challenges are an issue.

You only get so many challenges a game. You guys do know that right?!

Where are these examples you speak of. List a couple....

Yes, I know you get 2-3 challenges per game.  And I don't have a list of examples.  I watched two Dolphins games this year (both against NE).

My point was how the analysis should be done, not the answer to the question.

One can obtain a very high % of being right by being too conservative OR by being very good.  The high % by itself is meaningless.   If there are examples where he should have thrown the red flag and not doing so cost the Dolphins points then he is being to conservative.  If on the other hand no examples exist than he is doing a good job.

I can't remember watching any plays where I yelled for the challenge flag and he did not throw it.

And that's my point. Unless you (or anyone here) can list examples....this is silly. It's an empty statement without examples. Name the "KEY" plays he should have challenged that he didn't in games Miami lost? Otherwise its just a case of people bitching for the sake of bitching. Examples!!!!
