This is pretty much what I always suspected. While I never thought Incognito was innocent, I did feel like the Wells report painted him as some kind of monster that he isn't. He is what he is which is a warrior playing a very physical sport. It was clear from the beginning of the investigation that Martin had some serious mental health issues and was having problems dealing with them and that was downplayed while shining the spotlight on Incognito and the Dolphins. What I don't understand is how his parents never recognized these issues and sought help for him. They should have known he needed help and made sure Martin got some help. People blamed Philbin and the players for not recognizing his issues and helping him, but his own family never did anything. Either Martin did a great job hiding his issues from everyone or there really was very little to the allegations and mostly it was a just a smoke screen to cover up him leaving the Dolphins the way he did.
