Once again The Miami Dolphins football team has disappointed the fans with an Optimist Youth Football Performance! After this loss to the New York Jets, it is absolutely time for the Owners and Administrative personnel to make the much needed changes on the Team and Coaching Staff! Corrective actions need to be made immediately involving all parties that are responsible for the extreme lack of commitment, motivation, and performance concerning this organization! If not, you will start to lose Season Ticket Holders, Sponsors, and more Fans! The Miami Dolphins as an organization has invested an insane amount of money to build this team to be at least a Playoff contender! However, if no immediate changes are made then all the hard work, time, and efforts will be a complete waste! Salvage what little respect that you have right now as a football team in the NFL before the season comes to an end!
