I haven't seen Punisher and I've only seen a few minutes of Howard the Duck, over 30 years ago.  So I'll apply my tiebreaker: more "comic-booky" movie wins.

Punisher gets my vote.

Jeez.  I don't think I've ever seen the old Punisher.  And it's been 30 years since I've seen Howard the Duck.  I remember it not being very good, but it was so, so long ago.
