Ross has done a few bozo things, but in general, he's hired people and given them the tools to succeed. I can't really fault the guy.
Yeah, I would much rather have him as an owner than roll the dice and see who could be next. God forbid we get an owner like the Cardinals or another Jerry Jones who thinks he can be the GM too. Keeping on stupid coaches who trash their outgoing Offensive Coordibnators by saying things like "All he cared about was lighting up the scoreboard" as if that were a negative thing.
