Something i wanted to ask, Mike Tomlin has had a winning record in all 17 years at the helm while overall Pittsburgh is at a 20 seasons winning streak. And he does seem to have winning records with multiple QBs, although they aren't superbowls, they are winnings records regardless.

He was certainly helped by playing in a division with Cleveland and Cincinnati that sucked for decades, also some years when Baltimore was bad.
