since ricky failed his 4th test and it results in a one year suspension. What does a 5th offense have for a penalty.

I think its a lifetime ban. The dolphins need to part ways with ricky. They're treating this guy like he's god. Ronnie Brown is being paid a boatload of cash, he needs to be the focus of the miami running game.

Actually, I believe it's "up to a lifetime ban".  ...not automatic.  I think they take all of what's happened into consideration and do it on a case by case basis.
