Yeah i know this is NFL section.  But this is NFL related. 

The RNC has done one thing that I am truly greatful to them for. 

At the request of the RNC the NFL moved the season opening game from 8:30 pm to 7:00 pm (sucks for folks on the west coast) but I hate 8:30/9:00 pm starts.

I wouldn't have done that if I were the NFL. 

I remember the Dolphins-Niners Super Bowl was on January 20, and that was also the day that President Regan was going to be inaugurated for his second term. 

They moved the Presidential Inauguration to Monday.  No one tangles with the Super Bowl.

Tommy this is game one of the new season not as big as the superbowl for sure.
So let me see I can watch Nfl tonight or the RNC, hmmmm???

Well I don't care.  If McCain made moving Monday night football to 7 pm his top priority as president, I would consider voting for him!   Smiley
