Have the writers completely screwed the plot of the show up? Am I missing something or can someone explain these gaps?

The future Peter Petrelli has a scar. This should not be possible because he already has Claire's healing properties. He is also killed in the latest episode, but they continually say Claire cannot be killed. Have the writers completely forgotten this or have I forgetten something?

Apparently a bullet to the back of the head will kill him or anyone with that ability but Claire is "special" according to Syler. Remember him saying this when he cut her head.

I don't get the scar thing either and have commented on it too. I'm guessing we will find out the answer one episode.

A lot of things haven't made sense in this show...then they later make sense but make more questions that make no sense...guess it's one of the reasons I watch it.

Lots of questions, but some very cool new plot lines to follow. Still very strange seeing Claire as a villain and Sylar as a good guy, but I've come to expect the twists. I wonder if future Peter sustains the injury that leaves the scar while the ability-muting haitian dude is around or something, preventing him from healing right.

I hope they explain it or it is really going to make me mad that they just abandoned things they had already introduced.

The Haitian has to be in your vicinity to halt your powers so I would think the Haitian would have to be with Peter nonstop until the wound healed into a scar for that to happen. As soon as he was gone Peter should have started healing properly I would think.

I am kind of with Dave.  The ratings are on that side as well, they are dropping rapidly.

This reminds me ... have we done the whole battle between Hayden and Kristen?

I had to check birth date just to be sure. Hayden gets my vote.

By the way either of these get my vote over the first two.
