2) I like it, although it's probably just a way to serve crappy food and make a ton of cash. Gimme mah popcorn!

3) Popcorn, little butter and salt. Maybe pizza if they have it.

4) Losing myself for a few hours in a great show!

5) Obnoxious Miami Lakes teenagers on Friday nights who like to talk, text, and scream during movies.

6) Back, near the aisle. I've never liked lots of people sitting behind me.

7) Quantum of Solace and probably W. Both of those look interesting.

- Cool, but not for me. I'll stick to $9 movies

- I eat before I go, on those absolute RARE occasions, a hot dog and a Coke

- Like SC, losing myself in a great flick, preferably with bad ass special effects

Every blue moon, when the screen is off a bit, or when the sound is waaay low.

- Anywhere in the back, like SC I can't stand having someone behind me. Bad experiences...

Right smack in the middle. Probably a little closer to the screen than most.

Not really. I usually only go to the "epic" movies.

I have no early memories of going to the movies. I'd have to start browsing IMDB to get a clue.

I'm fine with it.  I've eaten there once or twice and it's nice, but I have trouble having a big dinner and drinks, and then staying in a dark, cool environment for 2 1/2 years without falling asleep.

Usually, if anything, I get a drink.  In terms of candy, Goobers are my favorite.

I like the focus.  ...that I'm specifically there for that purpose, without distractions (in theory, anyway).

People talking.

4.) What's your Favorite thing about going to the movies?  The movie experience. Big screen, comfrtable seats and great sound.

7.) Is there a movie out,or is about to come out that You want to go see at the movies?  I have no clue as to what's out any more.  I'm really our of touch as I just watched Iron Man yesterday.

8.) What's the First movie you remember seeing on the big screen?  Night of the Living Dead. It was at the Drive In.   Other than that it was probably one of the Apple Dumpling  Gang movies.

I typically only go to movies when I feel it deserves the big screen so seeing the special effects.

I like to sit in the middle of the row and high enough so I don't have to look upwards.

Err yeah I guess I could answer my own questions....

1.) The spiderwick chronicles

2.)I've never been to one that had a full menu,Just one that had like a fast food type menu....I felt it caused people to talk more,be more distracting during the movie....

3.)I'm with Phish,I'm a tradtionalist...Popcorn....Ye ah that Way overpriced,too greasy,too salty stuff...

4.) Seeing the movie,witout the other distactions of the phone ringing,Etc,etc...All I have to do is sit there an watch the movie....

5.) This is close between the lack of room to stretch out,and the stupid people that have no respect fr other people trying to watch the movie...

6.)I'm a person that loves sitting on the aisle,I hate sitting in the middle of a row..preferably Near the back...

7.) I wouldn't mind seeing changeling? I think is the title...I'll probably wait till it comes out on DVD

8.)It's odd,because I remember Going to see it,but not as much of watching the movie..I remember the expierence...It was Pinocchio

2 - it kicks ass .. we went to one of those to see righteous kill i had a grilled chicken breast sandwich on some garlic italian bread that kicked all kinds of ass

I enjoy hitting movies after everyone else has seen them - that way the theater is mostly empty and I can sit smack dab in the middle.  The theater closest to me has stadium theater seating -- so there are no bad seats.

The Dark Knight.

Obviously the sound/visual aspect.  I only like to go to the theaters to see mega action blockbusters, so you feel like you're there.  Anything else, F it, I'll catch it on TV.

Preferably those nice handicapped seats....tons of leg room.  If not, aisle seats, not too close, but close enough. Maybe like 12 or so rows back depending on the theater.

Seeing something "brand new" on a large screen

Some theaters have seats that were obviously designed for skinnier asses than mine

What's the First movie you remember seeing on the big screen?

The original "Planet of the Apes." Oh yeah, and at the time, it was the absolute baddest-ass movie ever made...period. Saw it with my family at the old Elks Theater when I was in (I think) 1st or 2nd grade. I sat there with my eyes wide and jaw on my chest for 2 hours, thinking that movies were the coolest thing in the world, even cooler than the thing I did with my weiner and a tube sock late at night.
