THE ASSCLOWN AWARD

« on: November 22, 2009, 02:20:45 pm »

It's between Cleveland and Detroit

Cleveland scored three straight TDs to take a 24-3 lead.

Detroit has answered with 3 of their own to tie it.

That was a wicked game, but very Costly...Pass interference in the endzone with no time, then Stafford hurting his shoulder...Costly victory....

^^^^^^

In Greek and Roman mythology, this is what you would call a Pyrrhic Victory.

Still, a shootout between the two worst teams in the league...... I think both need to go defensively in the upcoming draft.

Considering the undue burden of the 1st overall draft choice, I'm not so sure...

As for the thread title... don't count Tampa and the Rams out. They may not look or feel as bad, but they're still there with just 1 win.

There are some really good tackles, on both sides of the ball, coming out. Not sure if they're good enough for #1 overall... For a DT, that would require them being able to play LT and I just don't watch much college ball, so I wouldn't know.

Considering the way the Browns draft I'm not so sure about you not being so sure.
