On a serious note, the nepotism creates a distraction, as minor as it might be.  Something the Fins don't need at this point, if we were the Patriots or Steelers I'd say who cares.  On the other hand maybe Sparano will be so busy micro-managing his son that he'll leave the other coaches alone to do their jobs.
