There are multiple shades of blue that can be correctly called Navy blue.  Nautical blue is smaller subset of Navy blue and refers to a specific shade.  So while it is correct to call the NEP uniform navy blue there are teams with navy blue uniforms that are not nautical blue.

I'm in favor of abolishing all but 3 shades of blue. You can get light, medium and dark. Call them what you want Wink
