Dolphins currently sit in sole possession of last place in the AFCE with NE, NYJ, and Buff all at 1-0.

History is not on the Dolphin's side as they enter there next game.

The Dolphins have never beaten the Texans.  To make matters worse the game will be held in a venue that has been very hostile to the Dolphins team as of late having lost 10 of the last 11 games at said stadium.

The Dolphins looked quite gassed and physically spent at the end of the game as they must prepare for the Texans on a short week.  The Texans on the other hand are on an emotional high after dominating a Peytonless Indy Colts.

Key word there, Peytonless. We kept it close despite the pathetic defensive performance. I mentioned on Facebook that our offensive performance last night would have beaten most teams.

I actually thought we had a better chance against the Pats.

They had no film of any value on our offense and we had plenty on them.  Now the Texans have some film, an extra day of rest and a blue print to beat us with.

Still, there is reason to believe we will be in the game and have a legit shot to win.  If we can keep our best corners in the game (and not just for show), I think we will look better defensively.  Plus, Shaub doesn't get rid of the ball quite as fast as Brady.  Conversely, the Texans have a better run game to worry about.

I don't think the extra day will have much effect since both are home games for the Fins.  Hopefully the Defense got a wake up call, and the offense won't get over confident.

I knew the Pats would win...but if anyone is thinking that the next game will be easier...think again.

The Texans also have a stellar offense. A top RB, THE #1 WR in the game and a great supporting cast. In a lot of ways this offense has far more firepower and athleticism than the Patriots...is the Dolphins aren't careful they could again get blown out defensively - no matter what the offense does.

Looks like the Dolphins are starting the season 0-2.

Bad match-up for Miami. We have nobody who can even slow down Andre Johnson. Owen Daniels is a QUALITY TE who will have a field day. And whether its Foster or Tate this team can run the ball.

Gonna be another shoot-out for the Fins

The Texans had the worst passing defense in the league last year.  I didn't see much improvements in the offseason.

I'm not saying it will be easy, but I think that if the defense improves AT ALL, this will be a good game.

This ain't last year. Wade Phillips has improved that defense just with schemes alone.

Bet you thought the Giants would bet Rexy and the Skins too.
Schaub is not Brady by a long shot and while he does have weapons, he cannot pick apart a defense and impose his will on a defense like Brady can.

Schaub and Kubiak are licking their chops.  Whatever the problem was between Benny Sapp and our linebacking corps being non-existant they better fix it or Houston will do the same thing.

^ Yes, it was fixed.  We're not playing Tom Brady next week.  Problem fixed.

We didn't play the one-receiver wrecking crew, Andre Johnson, last week. New problem...

^ Definetely.

However, unless he catches for 517 yards it won't be as big a problem.  Hopefully...
