^^Why not? They have basically the same amount as before they traded Marshall. What they gained in Marshall's departure they used on Paul. Flynn is still an option. I don't believe Manning EVER was. -EK

If Ryan Fitzpatrick can get $10 million a year..what's to stop Flynn?

(part sarcasm part serious...please, nobody start a 5 page argument about Fitz v.s. Flynn...both have epic beards..let's leave it at that)

So basically Miami can't afford either Peyton nor Flynn.  Awesome

They can still afford Flynn. Miami probably isn't a "win now" destination without a #1 WR currently on the roster and Wayne and Garcon OFF the market, so I doubt Peyton comes here, but who the hell knows what he is looking for. I have a feeling its money at the end of the day and this nonsesne of talking to owners and front office structure is nothing more than BS!

I don't think Miami is really in the QB derby these days. I don't think Manning really wants to come here and I don't think Miami really want's Flynn to come here, at least not at the price he's gonna want.  My gut is telling me that Miami is gonna resign as many players as they can now and try to get some help in the draft. Getting Manning would have changed all that, but I think they see the writing on the wall that they aren't going to get one of the QB's they REALLY wanted, so it's back to doing what they have been doing and trying to fill all the other holes until a QB just drops into their lap.
