This guy has to be going to bed with a smile. The Mario Williams contract just made Wake a lot of money. If Miami franchises him after next year the Williams deal just raised the bar on the "franchise tag price" for that position. If Miami lets Wake walk he will get huge money from somewhere.
If Wake is even adequate next year he is in for a huge payday! He would really have to be terrible or seriously injured not to make huge money a year from now.
