They are a conference rival, but I'd say they are not really a rivalry.  I'd say the Panthers' biggest rivalry is probably Washington right now.

This isn't directed towards Brian, just generally speaking, but I guess it's true that everyone hates anything to come out of NJ

It was 2000, but that's not why.  I hate them because of 2012.  And because of Jersey Shore.  They have ruined the world.
