I find everyone seems to have 1 or 2 things,(they bought or got as a gift),that are over priced for what they are. Most of the time they tend to be everday items. It's something you've paid a lot more than average amount for that product.

Example could be...
An $25 pen,It might be a good,great pen,you love it...But most people like to use 10 for $2 pens...

I think a Ferrari,or Lamborghini I guess could be examples....I don't think any of us have a Lambo  Cheesy

It could be an appliance, alarm clock, cellphone case,a camera,a gaming mouse...

I've got off the top of my head...
-$100 Toaster - It's yellow and chrome,it matches my yellow kitchen, and happens to be be made by a company that I've got another one of their products and Love it.

- $50 Stand up Honeywell fans- I got rid of those $15 noisy box fans,I always seemed like I'd buy new ones every year. The new fans also have filters, which Help living in an old dusty shack.

Golf Balls.

I sometimes buy the uber expensive pro ones for no real reason other than I can, when actually the ones best suited to my game are in the $20-35 range.

Liquor would be another one probably.  I often pay $25 for a bottle of Jack Daniels when I could just as easily spend $9 on a bottle of Ten High, shit even Jim Beam tops out at around $20 but I don't like it as much.

Gin. Shitty gin sucks. Bombay Sapphire works in a pinch, but I LOVE Hendrick's gin.

Headphones.  I have a pair of Bose earbuds that are expensive.  But their customer service is great and the quality is awesome, as well.

Ice cream.  I won't buy store ice cream.  Only fresh from the creamery,  and they sell by the cone for about the same price as a half-gallon would in the store.

Beer... I always buy a more expensive import

Bacon and steaks... I buy special "extra-thick" bacon from a local butcher, and I order steaks from Omaha Steaks.

Hats... If I find a hat (ballcap, Fedora, etc...) that I like, I don't care how expensive it is.

Get a high quality tonic (Fevertree, FTW!!!) and throw in some cucumber slices. You can thank me later.

Off topic, but where did you go on your cruise. I'm thinking about taking one later this year. Never been on one and not sure if I want to go or not.....

^  Visited a few islands in the Caribbean throughout the week. I absolutely love cruises, no better way to spend a few days on vacation. Depending on your mood, you can participate in the numerous activities scheduled on the boat, relax, swim, gamble, dance, visit/shop the destinations, or go on excursions when you dock. I always recommend it to anyone who hasn't tried it. Good times.

Cruises are the best vacation your money can buy.  You want to go, trust me.  And don't overspend on a nicer cabin.  Ideally you'll only be there to change clothes and sleep.
