He was Air Force's second leading all time rusher and was kicked off the team and thrown out of school for drug use a week before he was going to graduate.

This is very sad.  He might not ever get his degree now and he can forget about a career in the military.  He might even end up in prison for this.  You can't mess around like this if you're going to school at one of the service academies.  The penalties are much more severe.
