There are separate rules for each covered park (I guess that takes into account the design differences). I've not been inside Miami's park but would think not having any rule in place is a recipe for possible disaster.

There may be a rule, I'd think there has to be a rule.  I think maybe its not well publicized.

It can't be any more gaudy or an eyesore than that stupid assed apple at Shea Stadium all those years.  So I think they're ok.
