If Miami can nurture this core they have built and guys keep improving (Sean Smith, Koa Misi, Hartline, the o-line...etc) and add to it in the areas that need improvement there is a chance they could be good for a while if Tannehill keeps improving at the rate he is improving.
Philly?? That surprises me. Fins are so young because they have done a 180 the last couple of years and letting older vets go. With most of the draft picks from 2012 making the 53 and 9-10 picks in 2013, I look for the youth movement to continue.
