Or you can look at it like this: I sell my backup Galaxy S2 to you for $150, but the only backup replacements i can find are S1's, and I end paying $100 for it. Now my S3 craps out and I'm stuck using a crappy S1 and I'm losing business because I can't stay connected like I used to, and I could really give a crap about the $50 I made on the deal because it cost me more in the long run due to lost business.
Another consideration is when you add another "Galaxy" to your roster, you have to cut a "Galaxy." Which one would you cut?
