Just saw on the ESPN ticker that Cowboys DT Josh Brent was involved in a car accident that killed one of his practice squad teammates.  Toxicology reports determined Brent was legally drunk.

This guy is done playing in the NFL.

Leonard Little and Donte Stallworth disagree.

Leonard Little and Donte Stallworth disagree.

They didn't kill a teammate and didn't have Kim Jong Goodell running the show.

I don't see how teammate vs. regular joe matters.  And Stallworth was reinstated by Goodell.

However, with Stallworth fault was not as clear cut (the victim was partly to blame) and Stallworth was a model citizen post-accident and had no prior DUIs.

Brent has a prior for DUI. And will be facing the Texas criminal justice system. It is quite possible even absent any suspension for the NFL that by the time he gets out of jail his playing days will be over.

Brent is on the sideline today for the game against the Steelers.  I'm shocked the Cowboys haven't suspended him.  What a disgrace.
