No matter what happens next week this season has been a success in my eyes. Tannehill/Miller/Vernon look like good young rookies with very bright futures. I like how Philbin manages a game as a head coach and what he stands for as a person. Jones/Clemons are coming on as a nice duo at Safety. The d-line is great. Our foundation to build around is in place.  7 wins (possibly 8 ) is more than I expected back in August and I can't complain with how this season has gone!

So true. I couldn't have been happier this season. Of course, if Mr. Carp hits a couple of field goals we are having a different discussion. Wink Hopefully they don't get blown out by the Pats next week to reverse some good feelings of today.

What makes Phibin a great coach is that he is a perfectionist and makes sure you execute properly.  If you can't do that in practice, you're not getting on the field on gameday.  Hence, Michael Egnew's situation.

I agree completely. I wasn't big on Philbin in the beginning, but games like today show progress.

Tannehill also now hasn't thrown an INT in his last 136 attempts

Interesting stat I found today. That the Dolphins will likely be only NFL team this year w/1,000-yd RB & WR, 3,000-yd passer, someone w/15 sacks & 2 players w/100 tackles.
