Jets @ Mia is almost a home game for the the Jets.

I have been to a Jets @ Dolphins game and while there were noticeable numbers of Jets fans there, saying it is almost a home game (at least from my personal experience) is quite an exaggeration. That would imply there was at least an even split I would think and that isn't the case.

NE fans love to say that NYJ @ MIA is like an extra home game for NYJ.

I've been to a Dolphins/Jets game as well and I'd say about 20% to 30% Jets fans are there.  And they are loud.

Wait to see who the "home team" is when the Dolphins play in Jersey...
