Tonight's Super Bowl set some records and added to some record books.  Let's see who can get these quesTions correct:

1.  Demariyus Thomas set a Super Bowl record for the most receptions. Who held it before him?

2.  The opening play for a safety was the fastest score in Super Bowl history.  What Super Bowl was the second fastest?

3. With this win, Pete Carroll is the third head coach to win an NCAA national championship and a Super Bowl.  Name the other two.

4. With this loss, John Fox becomes the fourth head coach to lose a Super Bowl with two different NFL teams.  Name the other three.

Answers to 3 is Switzer and JJ. Answer to 4 is Holmgren, Shula, Reeves

I don't know 1 and 2 off the top of my head

1) Don't know

2) Super Bowl XLI Colts vs. Bears

3) Barry Switzer and Jimmy Johnson, though I thought Carroll's NCAA title win was vacated

4) Don Shula, Dan Reeves, Mike Holmgren

Carroll's BCS title was vacated, but his split national championship from the year before was not.

Dolphins4life is correct on 2 and both him and MikeO are correct on 3 and 4

Here's another one.  This Super Bowl was the first one that involved two teams who were division rivals in the past.  Name the one Super Bowl that involved two teams who would be future division rivals?

(HINT: They are not division rivals right now)

That one is easy:  Super Bowl 3 featured the New York Jets against the Baltimore Colts.

Here's a good one.  Who was the last quarterback to lead two different teams to Super Bowls before Peyton Manning?
