http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/eye-on-football/24724711/philbin-accepts-responsibility-for-causing-distraction-with-qb-situation ..(from CBS Sports)

I know it's a slow day for NFL news, but this story seems to keep growing.  Is it just me, or is this guy a complete moron?  Not in the room, I KNOW, but how can you respect this idiot?

I firmly believe that if the score was reversed today, Philbin would've been fired tomorrow. As it stands, it's still 10-6 or bust. 9-7 and playoffs MIGHT do it, but 10-6 regardless of playoffs will probably keep his job.

Agreed..it's obvious his tenure will not be long.  Just hoping it doesn't affect the progress of Tannehill, Miller and co.

Week 6 after the BYE & hosting the Packers with Moreno hopefully back, should be a huge chance for this coaching staff to show some semblance of keeping this team performing at a consistent level.

So far two stellar Offensive efforts out of 4..Green Bay is there for a third!

Miller is avg. 5.7 YPC through 4 games. Moreno won't be rushed back with Miller playing like that and when he does return he probably won't be the starter. Miller averaging almost 6 YPC with no Pouncey too. When Pouncey comes back the running game might really kick into high gear

Yeah, this victory and bye week are like a second chance for the Dolphins. They had their terrible play, they had their rock bottom with the decimation by KC at home and Philbin's utter stupidity, but now they have their blowout win and a bye week. Reshad Jones will be back. Dion Jordan and his juice muscles are back and Pouncey will very likely be back. Misi will probably return along with some other linebackers.

They have one week to prepare against Green Bay's terrible defense. They absolutely have to win, no excuse to lose. If they win, it may not be over yet. If they lose, just forget about the season.

Jordan won't be back for 3 more weeks

And losing to GB doesn't end the season by any means

Just will be nice to have that two headed monster at RB going.  Especially after the Bears just out up 200yds on the ground against the Packers..albeit in a LOSS.

Have a funny feeling the Pats get upset tonight and we will be tied for first....still a chance to steal this division...just saying!

I can't believe I forgot about Jordan's second suspension.
