Work around if you really want this....
So if you live in an apt building that doesn't let you put up a dish you can subscribe. You will get a username and password that will let you watch it on one device.
So if you live in a house (thus not eligible) but have a friend who lives in an apt who isn't a football fan (or otherwise doesn't want this) have them sign up for you.
I would run a test on this before I spent any money doing it. A streaming device should be able to determine if you are connected to a network at the address assigned to your subscription. An example, our local cable provider has wireless streaming available around your house. If you go somewhere else and are connected to another network it knows and severely limits what is available.
I know Netflix has never really cared about the password thing before but this is the NFL we are talking about and I hear Netflix was going to prepare a crackdown as well.
