For me it is the 2003 loss because that cost the Dolphins big time.  If they had won that game, that season could have been completely different.

Second is the 2008 loss on the Matt Schaub sneak.

It's a tough call but the first four has to be one of them.  They were all winnable.  The 2009 loss was tough too because the officiating crew made some egregious calls

2003.

It was just the combination of a 2nd-year expansion franchise immediately derailing the season by turning what was supposed to be a gimme win into an embarrassing loss, made even more embarrassing by the Dolphins players saying stuff like, "I guess we get another preseason opponent in Week 1" before the game.
