If he was just the head coach, I could understand him staying on for a new GM or Team President for one more year. However, apparently he has control over the whole roster so if the team has doubts about him, then dump him. No sense waiting, it's not like a meaningless win against a bad Buffalo team will mean anything.
We have enough talent where we don't need to blow it all up, but we need an excellent draft and smart free agency. If they don't think Gase can do that, get the axe.
