Good start so far with the Rams.  Hope they can knock the Patriots out of it for the Dolphins

That turnover on downs was huge for the Rams. This would all but eliminate the Pats from the race.

The Rams also made a poor decision but it worked out for them.

They can still make it at 9-7 but that would involve several teams completely imploding so they are all but out.

Bill Belichick is a completely moronic and idiotic coach.

Yesterday, he made some utterly stupid decisions.  Why on earth would you go for it on fourth and goal when you are down seventeen?  Take the easy three points and give your team something to build on.

A couple of give-up punts in the second half.

Of course, he cost them the Seattle game with his idiotic clock management

And he hurt his team against Denver with his decision making, too.

Coaching mistakes can be masked by having great people on the field, the reverse is true. He certainly doesn't have great people on the field right now. Cam Newton's arm strength at this point in his career is worse than mine.

Who to root for tonight?  Buffalo winning could help if there is chance Buffalo will want to rest week 17.  Buffalo losing helps Miami's outside chance to win the division.

Have to root for the Steelers now that they lost last week. If Buffalo wins then they are in the hunt for the #1 seed and won't be resting anyone. Either way, they're playing their full roster against us.

^ If the Chiefs win their next two, Buffalo can't get the #1 seed. Not sure they would rest any starters against us anyway, but you never know. It's also possible to finagle the next two rounds so the Bills are locked into the #3 seed.

I think it's looking like we play Buffalo in Weeks 17 and 18.
