There really should be some sort of a warning icon to go on threads like this so that people don't accidentally stumble upon it while eating brakfast. A rousing debate about leaky anuses is definitely an appetite suppressant.  :-/

I'm nervous of any engineered foods,Being in a Diabetic family,I've had to investigate some of the side effects.

My Mom can't have Splenda,she gets nauseas sick to her stomach.Sweet and low,she breaks out in hives.

We avoid potato chips,No salt,No sugar,low fat diet...No flavor... Sad
