I just got my new set up hooked up and now have cable internet. Can anyone on here tell me a good program for downloading movies and music for free and safely? Thanks guys.

Honestly, I wouldnt use any free ones. They all have viruses hidden in them.

eMule all the way. I've used it for a couple of years and NEVER downloaded a virus or had any crap added onto my computer.

I also like Ares.  It's just a bit slow for me, though.  WinMX is good, too.
