Theme Park: Disney's Animal Kingdom

Location: Orlando, FL

Premise: Disney-themed rides, shows, and animals.

Review: This is not just a zoo, people.  The youngest of Disney's 4 main attractions, many people seem to be sold that all Animal Kingdom has to offer is a bunch of animals sitting aorund.  Like the other three parks, the animals are just a theme.  The park features many attractions centered around Disney's animal franchises, such as the Lion King, Pocahontas, and A Bug's Life.

The Kilamanjaro Safari is similar to Busch Gardens' Rhino Rally, but is one of the most popular attractions in the park.  Thrill seekers should probably look elsewhere, though, since until Expedition Everest opens to the public this srping, there's really nothing here for you.  Animal Kingdom provides a nice relaxing day of shows, animals, and just general attractions.  Its essential to see it at least once, if you're a fan of Disney, and can easily fill an entire day.  This park probably should not be the focal point of your vacation, though.

It's many things but it's (Nah-ta-zu). We like Animal Kingdom but like you said it is not for the hard core thrill seekers. There are some things ... Dinosour, Kali River Rapids, the Safari, the Primevil Whirl and soon to be opened Expedition Everest. If they add another "thrill " ride to go with Everest it will be compatible with any other park.
