So How could I make a movie out of an animated Gif,maybe be able to make bigger movies, even add sounds,or Music....Anyone have some advice? What programs they use,How to do it,Tips tricks..Etc,Etc....
I'd say you need to figure out exactly what you want to do and then pick the right tool for the job.
If all you want to do is make "a really long/large animated gif", then just download VirtualDub. It's completely free and fairly easy to use. To make a movie from a series of images, just load the first image in VirtualDub and it will automatically add all images with consecutive numbers. So, for example, if you call your images pic001.jpg, pic002.jpg, pic003.jpg... it'll load them all. Just make sure you don't have any gaps in the numbers and you'll be fine. Once that's done, just select "Compression" in the "Video" menu and choose whatever codec you want (divx/xvid, mpeg etc). You can also add a sound track.
VirtualDub can do a lot of really cool stuff that even the best "real" movie software (technical term is Non-Linear Editors) can't do. However, it's NOT a non-linear editor, so if you want to cut together video clips, add effects and so on, you need to get something else. Windows Movie Maker is one such option, although I've always preferred others. Use whatever you have / can get.
Don't try to use anything too complicated for such a small project. As always, it's a matter of choosing the right tool for the job. If you want to make some really advanced stuff later on, then by all means explore more advanced software. Until then, something like Adobe Premier is only going to frustrate you (and it costs a bundle if you don't have access to it via work/school/whatever).
