I bitch on here, enough, so it's high time I give some praise to a company that takes care of its customers.
I've been a Sirius radio subscriber for several years now. I have an outdated radio -- it's no longer sold, and has hookups for both my car and boombox that don't match the universal connections that Sirius has since adopted.
So, some d-bag steals my radio from my car. This just happened a few days ago.
I call Sirius and explain the situation, looking to have them pause my service until I find a new radio. I'm actually calling to BUY a new radio from them. They don't offer that one anymore, but they do offer me an upgraded radio for FREE.
I still have to buy a new boombox to work with it, but they gave me a discounted price on that, as well. So, I'm very satisfied. It sucks to get your shit stolen, but it's nice to know that a company you've been loyal to you will help ease that pain.
