I like them baked, and then cut up and mixed with butter, salt and pepper. 

I also enjoy Waffle House hashbrowns scattered, smothered and covered.

There is no such thing as a bad potato... A few of my favorite ways to eat potatoes:

French Fries
Hash browns
Baked potato with sour cream and chives
Mashed taters (with a little garlic...mmmmm)
potato pancakes
Scalloped potatoes
Mrs Potato-head

Poll added:

Some versions were not added, since they are essentially the same.  Hash Browns = Tator Tots = Potato Cakes
Mashed = Potato Pancakes, more or less.

...and there are 1000 varieties of flavors for Au Gratin.
