May 5, 2008-The Miami Dolphins today signed cornerback Scorpio Babers and linebacker Keith Saunders, and waived defensive lineman Derreck Robinson, linebacker Abraham Wright, cornerback Aaron Lane and wide receiver Marcel Reece.

Cam Cameron's draft class is starting to get dismantled piece by piece. 

The last two guys on that list were signed as undrafted free agents after this year's draft.  I take it they looked unimpressive in minicamp.

Also, defensive tackle Steve Fifita, who the Dolphins cut last week, was signed by the Patriots.

This made me laugh in a very sick way.  If they turn another one of our castoffs into a marketable player its gonna hurt.

I was surprised by Abraham Wright.  He had all the veterans talking him up last year.  I figured he'd be afforded a year or two to gain strength & learn the pros...

  I'm surprised that Abraham Wright got cut.  I figured he would get a shot in Training Camp.  Oh well, that's another draft pick flushed down the toilet.
