Just as Players fear Parcell here in camp because of his past reputation players will shit on Cameron because of his reputation. I wish him well........but he needs to go into camp and make an example of someone quick. Players talk , its no different then any other place of employment. Your reputation follows you.
Cameron is not the head coach of Baltimore. The job of getting the guys motivated falls to John Harbaugh. Cameron's job is to develop an offensive system and call plays. He's back to what he was doing in San Deigo.
