Cameron is not the head coach of Baltimore. The job of getting the guys motivated falls to John Harbaugh. Cameron's job is to develop an offensive system and call plays. He's back to what he was doing in San Deigo.
He is in charge of the offense. He still needs to motivate them. He needs to coach them and instruct them what to do. I'm telling you when he walks on the field shoulders drop and unless you are just a superior player that doesn't need it everyone will not be going 100%. A team that doesn't go 100% in practice does not go 100% on the field.
