Are they conditional?  If so you want Taylor healthy.

Nope, they aren't conditional picks.  It's a second round pick this year, and a sixth the following year.

Source?  Everything I've seen says the initial x-rays show nothing serious and an MRI is planned for today (Sunday).

Saw it on the wire, but it's gone now.  Maybe those initial reports were inaccurate.  Keep in mind that X-Rays can only show bone damage.  An MRI is necessary to check for damage to ligaments, tendons or cartilage.

Either way, I'm glad our picks are not conditional.  We just have to hope that Washington sucks this year.

MRI will give you much more detail (with a strong enough magnet), but so-called soft  x-rays can easily show ligament damage.

Mammography, among other things, uses soft x-rays.

Just saw it on the ESPN Ticker.  Only a sprain.... he's out 10-14 days and questionable for the season opener.

Funny, in a 6-year-old kind of way... the point was, of course, that x-rays can (and are) used to image soft tissue, not just bone. CT scans also use x-rays.

funny, in a Dancing with the Stars kind of way

does anyone think he's gonna suck this year?  I think he lost too much weight dancing around like a ballerina..I mean he lost something like twenty pounds...he might do alright as a LB but I think he'll get eaten up as a DE this year...maybe this injury already proves it.
