They got waived.  Need to make room for threads discarded by the Jets forum.   Smiley

Does that mean they are flooded with posts on the Patriots forum?   Evil Only to eventually come back here and kick our butt?

Looks like an admin combined both those and a couple others into a rather incoherent "2008 cutdown and roster additions" topic.  I.e. my posts about London in that topic now are preceeded by nothing in relation to my post, so I look like I am babbling about nothing in particular (which I edited my posts to fix).

You don't pay by the thread folks!  Wink

That is probably more accurate then my response.  But my response was way more funny.

The mods merged them into my original "Official Final Cutdown Day 2008 Thread".  To avoid clutter, let's not start a bunch of threads on the same topic.

Now if the mods would kindly delete or merge this thread.

I should have known better. I forgot that DolFan619 is the only one allowed to post several threads a day. I mean if a thread is healthy and getting responses I just don't get killing it and throwing it into a big bag of shit.

On one hand you guys tell me it's against the rules to discuss anything other then is in the thread Topic.  Now Two different threads about 2 different ball players gets hosed into 1 thread about a bunch of Topics.

I'm not bitching and moaning but the first rule of leadership is usually consistency fellas. Just saying................. Roll Eyes

Thats a rule?  Find me on thread with more than 10 responses where it has actually been followed?

Hey, don't be a jackass.  Dolfan619 posts articles from sites.  That's different from starting a topic that you came up with on your own.  Here's a perfect example of what happened:

On draft day, someone started a Miami Dolphins Draft Thread, and someone else started an NFL Draft Thread in Around the NFL.  We kept ANY discussion on the Dolphins draft picks or the draft in general in those two threads.  If we wanted to discuss each player, there would have been a ton of threads cluttering the first page.  We don't want that.

Alls I know is threads were locked last time that were healthy because the Mod deemed it off track. Now They are combining them. I really don't give a shit just state the rule and follow it so we can. I really don't like taking the time to post stuff thats just gonna get nuked.

It didn't get nuked. Several threads were merged because they all were talking about the EXACT SAME THING. There were three or four threads talking about  "this player was added", "they cut this player to add this guy" here's the guy who was added".

If you don't like the way we moderate threads around here, complain to Dave in a  PM. No need to constantly start threads questioning stuff.

And for the record, Dolfan619 has also been told to put them into the same thread if they all pertain to the same thing. No need to call out another member, because you have an issue with him.
