Maybe Atlanta and Baltimore.  I think Cambell will be alright when he's not playing against a pass rush like the Giants have (Tuck looked awesome and even w/o Osi and Strahan they looked dominant).  I think Kyle Orton is solid and Dante would have been a downgrade.  Kitna is an underrated QB IMO and Dante surely would have been a downgrade.

Anyone else think...that Just Maybe. (I've always thought So personally)..Daunte Couldn't read a NFL quality Defenses? I mean The Raiders Draft the "Next " Daunte Culpepper,a supersized version of Daunte Culpepper, but don't attempt to to mentor him...more than one year....

His intelligence was always in question while at UCF  and in fact that is why he was there in the first place.  He has always been better at making plays after they broke down and not timing plays.

Anyone else?

Honestly, the Dolphins could use him too.... but for the sole purpose of having a veteran backup.

New England as well, because if Tom Brady goes down, what do they have?

A couple of arena league teams...a few CFL squads...that's about it.

Edited to merge the two Daunte Culpepper threads

I'm sure Daunte would be a hit over in NFL Italy.  He could have all the pizza and beer he wanted over there.

Learned about this league after reading John Grisham's new novel Playing For Pizza.

Yes, they have an NFL Italy.  Each team can have between 3-5 American players who get paid a small salary plus free rent.  Most of the American players are too small or too much of a bust to play in the NFL.

The Italians play for pride, and for the beer and pizza after the game.

Why don't you, me, Brian, Fau, and Stroke all go over there.  We can make up the starting O-Line and five of the front seven on any NFL Italy team.

I'm sure it would be a blast eating the food and drinking the wine from those nice little cafe's.

Be careful getting around though, all cars over there are stick shift.

You can let Mrs Tommy take my spot on the O-line with ya...I've already done the all-you-can-eat tour of Italy and see no reason to do it again. Wink

Ms Tommy hates football.  Alright, time to give CF a holla.

I'm out...With my knee, they would just run the defensive line right at me. I'd fall, and the QB would get sacked every down  Tongue ..until I got hurt, and CF took my place.  Grin
