Cool name - sort-of WNBA-ish logo.

Eww. I really don't get this one. But, I didn't get the Jazz moving to Utah, and the Hornets moving to New Orleans, and an expansion team being sent to Charlotte where despite the success that the Hornets had there, no one cared.

It's all about where they can get money from the city and support for a stadium and an NBA franchise. It also needs to be approved by the league. Okla City had phenomenal turnout when New Orleans had to play there 2 years ago, and Seattle couldn't accomodate what the Sonics wanted there, so they left to the city that was approved, welcomed by people, and that would help them financially with a stadium. Not every city can do this, even some of the big ones.

And the lesson we learn from this story is...If you have enough money, you can shaft anyone you want!!

That's exactly the reason why.
