I thought the salary cap was designed to create competitive balance, well how come the same teams still suck? The rams, raiders,bengals, lions among other teams still suck no matter what system is in place. Half of these teams by week 5 will be looking forward to 09 NFL draft.

The NFC west is a disgrace of a division. Only 1 team out of the division won this week. I'm tired of wacthing mediorce QB play, bad coaching, and the same teams year after sucking, but Goodell wants to continue to jack up the price on my NFL ticket each year.

That uncapped year can't come fast enough. Your league blows Roger.

It's management. If the idiots running the team can't choose the right players to give the money under the cap to, then you're going to have a shitty ass team (Example: Detroit)

At least now, when teams suck, it's because of their own crappy management and decision-making, and not because they have more money to spend.  I love the salary cap.
