America's team

« on: September 09, 2008, 03:23:59 pm »

As most of you sat nestled in your beds last night I was watching the great Denver Broncos pound the Raiders into submission. Now, its not the fact that the Broncos beat the lowly Raiders, its how bad they beat them which tells the story. And of you who missed Eddie Royal absolutely abuse a pro-bowl, top 5 corner in the league, DeAngelo Hall, take notes.

Brandon Marshall comes back this week, so granted that Mr. Royal is not a one hit wonder, which I assume he isn't, the league is in for a rude awakening. When you see Mr. Royal torching D's as a rookie I wonder how much a Dolphin fan must puke when you think about someone like Ted Ginn being drafted so high who is going

I couldn't help but watch Jay Cutler last night and laugh at how great this guy is. Think about him being drafted as the 3rd QB in the draft, then think about some douchebag like Alex Smith who raped the 9ers out of a #1 overall pick and is one step from bagging groceries.

God Bless America's team, the Denver Broncos. 13-3 minimum this year. Going to the big show ! Cutler is the real deal !

What makes it worse is that Titans coach Jeff Fisher AND G.M.(at the time) Floyd Reese, both wanted Cutler, who played his college ball locally at Vanderbilt,in that draft, but that a-hole Bud Adams(owner)was star struck and in love with Vince Young because he is also from Texas, and decided the Titans would take Young.I also think that Cutler is the real deal.(and I will now call the suicide hotline because I just agreed with Denver)

I can see Denver running the table this year. They are that good. I don't see a team in the league that can play on their level.

My God Landlocked! What have you done?

The number one rule on this board is not to make Denver_Bronco feel justified in his posts. You have to make it hard for him!

To the Broncos...you've got to be kidding. The Raiders just may go 0-16 this year. Al Davis is past his prime and as I stated in another post, Lane Kiffin will probably be gone by game 4 and they will bring Art Shell back for a 254th time only to fire him again.

You could see some of the Raiders just laughing. Those guys are there to not get hurt and collect a paycheck. If Al Davis has sense, he woud retire, get football people in there and bring Oakland back to prominence.

The Broncos might go 10-6 at best and get mauled in the playoffs.

I fully concur as long as they dont have to play anyone besides the Raiders and Chiefs.

Rumor has it that Al Davis is using his "connections" to bring in Gene Upshaw as coach.  How inspiring would that be?

What?  Too soon?  Embarrassed

I predict Bronco to be the next Troll who cries what classless scumbags we are after the Broncos lose a major player and we lagh our asses off............

Raiders are the worst Team in the NFL:  http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/powerRankings?MSNHPHCP&GT1=39002

Go beat up some 5th graders..........they would probably put up a better fight.

Al Davis is past his prime

On the "gross understatement" list, that one falls between

"Outer space is pretty big"

and

"Falling headfirst into a wood chipper would kinda suck"

Denver you are confused.  When they said that the Broncos were the highest team in the NFL.  They meant altitude of the stadium .
